Hello all, I'm new here. I know there is alot of seasonal challanges going on, but personally I'm thinking more long term...CHRISTMAS! There is
12 weeks before christmas. And as a gift to myself I'd like to be at a certian weight by then. I've been struggling due to many things, but I really want to take control of my life and be accountable with this. Plus it would feel amazing Christmas day to have reached my goal! Wouldn't you?
p.s Have you noticed how all holidays involve food? We should learn to still enjoy these days with loved ones-but with healthy choices. Dang, Christmas seems far away but looking at how fast weeks fly...it's a scary thought.
