Okay, so I haven't lost anything (that stuck) for 3 weeks. I've been training for a 10K and I think that's the reason why. It sounds sort of backwards to me, but the race is on Thanksgiving and after it's over I'm switching from distance running to intervals. The long runs are sort of painful. I know it's not THAT long of a run, but it's longer than I've ever done and I am sore when I finish. I'm not a runner and I don't know how to take care of my body when that happens, and I'm worried about hurting myself. Plus, intervals are shown to boost weightloss. So I'm going to switch back to the much easier 3 miles and just intervals with that. Has anyone else had this issue, with pretty major soreness after running? How do you take care of it? I could barely bend my legs after I finished running yesterday.
