I can't believe summer is almost over, but September starts tomorrow and the time from now through the holidays is going to fly. Which makes me think that it's a GREAT time to dig in and focus on some weight loss goals - just think how much leaner and healthier you could be by New Year's if you get started on shedding those pounds today!! We'd love to be here to cheer you on as you work toward your weight loss goals this month, whatever they might be.
The rules of our challenge are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss, so just set a weight loss related goal(s) and I'll add it to our goal list for the month. When you reach your goal for the month it will be turned
RED in our goal list - and believe me, seeing your name highlighted like that for having achieved a goal you set can be a real point of pride!
