I really want to be able to use this forum. I joined at the new year, and have posted twice. I come back on to see if there are any replies and I cannot find my original post!!! How does this work? I am not familiar with sites like this, the boards I belong to send me emails when there is a reply to my post.
Can someone help me???
I am struggling here...my dad is in the last days of his life and I am "commuting" from his state to mine. It puts me in awful food dilemmas and I want to have a place to go. This was perfect, as I always have a computer to use. Plus an iPad. Is there an app for this???

You can go to the top of the page and click on user cp. Your subscriptions are those threads you have posted to.

I've been in your shoes.

Be sure to keep fresh fruit on hand. Tuck an apple and a protein bar in your purse each day. You'll be glad you avoided the junk machines at the hospital. Be sure to stay hydrated. Your schedule will likely get really off. Eating at times similar to normal will help with this, and assist you to avoid eating 10 times a day, still exhausted. Ask yourself, "Am I hungry, or am I tired?"

Just wanted to say sorry about your dad. I have been there too. Be kind to yourself.

p.s. I don't think they have an app for this. I sometimes read the forums on iPhone, but it's too fiddly to post.

Thank you! I can't use the "user CP" yet, I am too new. But I did figure out how to search starting with the last time I logged on. Down .6 That is a start! Small steps.....Hoping to go back to the gym soon. Snowed in today. Kids back to school and fridge full of healthy food!
