hello all I'm a 30 yr old mom to 3 kids,I'm finally at my breaking point with my weight and am ready to make a change for me and my kids,I want that extra energy to keep up with them and enjoy them as they are at this energetic age lol,I usually lack the motivation to exercise and I'm hoping this site will help! I love to meet new people and am shy so online is definitely best for me can't wait to meet you all and good luck to us all as we work towards a better "us"
