Welcome to the forum. I am new too and was considering the WW program. I might just wing it to start and track my calories. I figure right now I am eating about 4000 calories a day. I am trying to cut that to half or less. We'll see! I also eat out of boredom or for the sheer pleasure of the taste! I have recently taken up knitting to keep my mind on something other than food.
