Hi my name is Jennifer and I'm new to this site. In the past I had lost 70lbs and made it to my goal weight of 135 with WW but have since put on about 30lbs while trying to deal with life happenings. I tend to turn to food for comfort or out of boredom!

I'm looking into re-joining WW in the next couple of weeks so hopefully I can get this weight off!

Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to the forum. I am new too and was considering the WW program. I might just wing it to start and track my calories. I figure right now I am eating about 4000 calories a day. I am trying to cut that to half or less. We'll see! I also eat out of boredom or for the sheer pleasure of the taste! I have recently taken up knitting to keep my mind on something other than food. Good luck on your mission to lose weight, I hope you reach your goal.
