All this talk about salmon, I'm gonna have to pull some out of the freezer. I have baked it with a glaze of honey and soy sauce...combine about 1 T honey and 1 or 2 T soy in a bowl, drizzle over fish and bake...yum!

Unfortunately... I was soooo tired... I felll asleep several times.
I am sure I was snoring. 

that I broke my vow to exersize...
I was so tired last night I posted here, read through some mail, and went to bed at 8:30.
's I JUST REALIZED that I CAN'T just drink coffee. I have to put something in my mouth along with it .... bagel, toast, donut, cookie. Then I just keep eating from then on. Get the picture??
