Ive been in a routine of doing my tae bo dvds 4 times per week , however this week so far only 2 times, and today im tired and my muscles ACHE
MY BF says if i get right back in to it , my muscles will get used to it and will stop hurting?????
Usually i wud but i just feel like exercise can take a back seat today. However i do feel slightly guilty

Dont want it to effect the scales come weigh day. I want RESULTS
Ive opted for a pamper night , hot bath to ease my muscles, wash my hair n blow dry it. Paint my nails. & get back on track 2morrow
