Having a rest day !!!!
Ive been in a routine of doing my tae bo dvds 4 times per week , however this week so far only 2 times, and today im tired and my muscles ACHE:(
MY BF says if i get right back in to it , my muscles will get used to it and will stop hurting????? Usually i wud but i just feel like exercise can take a back seat today. However i do feel slightly guilty :^: Dont want it to effect the scales come weigh day. I want RESULTS:D Ive opted for a pamper night , hot bath to ease my muscles, wash my hair n blow dry it. Paint my nails. & get back on track 2morrow :carrot: |

It is my first week of exercise and a few times this week I was also really sore. What worked for me was on my "rest day" I did a brief 20 minute yoga stretch routine. This stretched out all the sore muscles. I also rubbed tiger balm on my sore back muscles and I feel a lot better and was right back at working out the next day. Over time you will feel less sore I think.
