ive been on it 4 weeks andhavent lost much , im just getting to grips with it as i think its not an easy plan to get your head round straight away.

Would be great to share any tips etc....if anyone else is following the plan?

I'm not on Slimming World but I suggest posting in the UK forum as SW is a UK plan. I did SW many years ago but I believe its changed quite a bit since then so can't really give you any advice.
