Any one on the slimming world plan?

ive been on it 4 weeks andhavent lost much , im just getting to grips with it as i think its not an easy plan to get your head round straight away.

Would be great to share any tips etc....if anyone else is following the plan?:)

I'm not on Slimming World but I suggest posting in the UK forum as SW is a UK plan. I did SW many years ago but I believe its changed quite a bit since then so can't really give you any advice.
