Sandra, I'm doing pretty good. Like I said on the other thread, I've been really, really busy the past week or two. I can't seem to catch up! I've missed chatting with you. I was thinking about your visit in March. I hope that we can meet and have dinner or something (cracker barrel? ).
How's everyone doing? I haven't been seeing any reports the past few days. I'm still at 189 but I'll take it for sure! I'm hoping to get a new dance dvd (maybe tonight?) as I can't wait until Christmas to find a new exercise. If I get it I'll let you all know how it goes (thankfully there will be no cameras on me!!).
i weighed this am. 192.5. that's probably a blessing in desguise. i'll weigh again thanksgiving am. i'm using my am nekkid/empty weight for this challenge not my ww nighttime wi.

Melissa, you've still got time to knock off a couple of pounds.
We can all do this!!!! Yay! I've eaten out the last three days and I am sure I've used plenty of points. I'm also doing yoga each morning and that expends some energy.
Also, I get new points on Weds. so if I'm careful I can use lots of points for Thanksgiving and the challenging days after. I'd love to lose another pound this week, but I'll wait till Wed. to see what happens.

Thank you! I started on a Tuesday, so I always take my official weight on Tuesday, even tho I don't go to meetings. So I wasn't sure about weighing on Thanksgiving (but I would have, if I hadn't made my challenge goal today!! )
Gosh, I'm so relieved. I still have so far to go, but at least I'm going.
You guys really do keep me focused. I don't talk much, but I'm here. So thanks.
