Half way down the thread is a letter that is said to be received by a WW employee regarding the continuing saga of what constitutes a Core recipe. Basically it says that the original information in the week 1 booklet is correct and recipes combining core foods are core - plain and simple.
I'm not doing Core now for a variety of reasons - but this clarification would certainly make it easier for me to return to Core. I thought I'd pass it along for those who might be interested. I know that you all have found what works best for you. Some (like myself) on the other hand, might find it encouraging that WW seems to be taking the most logical approach to keeping the program simple and easy to follow.
