First rejoin and Core WI ---

  • Well ladies - I know I haven't been able to post too much this week, but I had to come and let you know -

    I lost 4.4 this week!!!!! I'm soooooooo excited. I'm finally going in the right direction which gives me the ultimate motivation that I needed!!

  • Wonderful!! I am still too fearful to leave my Flex plan! I am a volume eater...how did it go with your hunger and rating your satisfaction level?
  • I did really well with the comfort zone. I think I got too full one time this week. I ate when I was hungry and stopped when I had enough. It was too easy almost to believe - I really enjoyed the core plan. I liked the flex too, but I think I didn't make very healthy choices on the flex like you HAVE too on the core. I think the core is more structured which is exactly what I needed!!

  • I love that mirror Angie! I wonder if mine does that just to keep me on track?
    Havn't started the core yet as going on hols this weekend but I am getting ready. I may be able to do it while on holiday but it depends on what the hotel has on offer.
