D- that recipe someone posted on here with the pasta, spinach, and cottage cheese and shrimp... but I will use chicken instead of the shrimp. And I think I'll make a crustless pumpkin pie for dessert.

B: none - had blood work this morning and had to fast.
L: ham salad sandwich - 1 pt for bread, 2 pts for the salad but I think it might be core*
D: baked potato with FF cheese and FF sour cream

Skim milk at lunch and dinner

*I made it with Hormel chunk ham. I see in the food list where canned chicken is core, and since this ham says lean, and isn't processed like lunch meat but actually looks like chopped up "real" ham (LOL!) - I'm hoping it's core. Meanwhile though, I'm counting the points for it until I use it all up, then I'll switch back to tuna salad.

L: Sandwhich with canadian bacon, lettuce, ff cheese, and avocado (1 for the bread)
D: boiled shrimp, broccoli, small baked potato

Aw shoot..just realized I didn't use any of my oil today. This happens to me at least once or twice a week. Poor planning. At least I got 1/4 of an avocado in today for some fat.
