    L- leftover cube steak with ff swiss melted on it, ff cottage cheese, and tomato couscous (cooked it in 1/2 chicken broth and 1/2 tomato soup and boy was it tasty!)
    D- leftover spinach and chicken pasta.
    S- crustless pumpkin pie
