Default Friday Menus

GOOD MORNING YOU YOU LOSERS!!! AND BEAUTIFUL ONES AT THAT! EVERYONE READY FOR YOUR WEEKEND???

Beautiful day here in the Midwest - sunny and mild, the leaves are starting to change and fall - sure beats the hurricanes & tropical storms of the south - hope all my fellow chicks & roosters are doing well in their respective locations.

On to my menu for today:

B: two boiled eggs (I know, BORING, but the protein will get me through to break)
S: yogurt (2) (can't shake this morning snack, so I'll use allowance points, or activity points, since I walk three times a day a mile at a time.
L: Tomato Soup - exciting huh????? Actually it warmed me up - it is freezing in our building today!

Our power was out from 3am until just now so I had to use some allowance points on bread and a few pretzels and one of those tiny half and halfs for my gas station coffee. I try to save them mostly for Sat/Sun but I guess I probably only used 3.

B: coffee, half and half, shredded wheat, skim, banana
L: Lean ham, ff cheese, light bread, 5 pretzels
S: still sick so not even really hungry but I need some fruit/veggies so maybe that
D: filet mignon, steamed broccoli, salad, sweet potato fries

Luckily our power came back on so I can stick to my Core dinner.
