So what do you all have planned for today?

Ok, everyone.. Why is it that I eat way more than everyone else! I'm hungry right now as we speak! But at least I'm not eating candy or chocolate!

B~ 2 egg whites, 3 slices extra lean bacon,(1 pt) Grits w/ splenda
Coffee w f/f creamer (1 pt)
L~ Spaghetti with 2 oz healthy choice sausage (2 pts)
D~ Probably A porkchop with green beans and corn
S~ Grapes and Cantelope... (so far)

I think I am eating too much! What do you all think! I can't do those whimpy little breakfasts and lunches.. because I will over eat during dinner!

If you think you are eating too much maybe try figuring the points for what you are eating and see if you fall within the points from before or close. That would be a way to tell.

Jaymi, I don't think you're eating too much at all. As long as you're satisfied, but not overly full, you'll be fine. I did a weigh-in at my gym today just to see what was up, and was shocked to note that I'd lost 2 lbs. since I weighed in at the gym last Thursday. Since I've been losing in the .5 range a week recently, I was pleased. However, my official weigh-in isn't until Friday. I've been feeling like I've been eating a lot, too, but I'm not overly full so I'm going with it.

Oatmeal with 1 Tbl. maple syrup (1 pt.)

94% FF popcorn

vegetable soup
blueberries
cherry tomatoes
FF, SF pudding

WW smoothie w/ 1 cup milk and 1.5 cups frozen strawberries

crockpot Mexican chicken
Swiss chard
grapes

Since I just started this afternoon, I won't even bother to MENTION my breakfast. Lunch wasn't too bad but I did have FF bologna, Sara Lee Delightful bread and FF Miracle Whip. It's only 1 WW point for the whole sandwich but not Core foods.

For dinner I'm having a broiled lean pork chop and salad with FF Thousand Island dressing.

You are not eating too much. Are you getting your water? That helps keep you full too. I don't eat a lot for breakfast or lunch but I snack morning and afternoon. I have low blood sugar so I have to keep it level by eating every 2 hours or so. Besides, I can't eat a whole lot at one time--I start feeling full. Then I'm hungry in 2 hours so I eat a snack.
B: cereal/milk
S: banana
L: homemade tomato soup/grilled cheese sandwich (2 AP)/milk
S: bowl of fruit salad
D: Mexican Food Restaurant
chips (2 AP)
Chicken Fajita Salad/pico C
Tea
