Happy Monday - trying to catch up on all the news from last week!

Maryann - we were also experiencing major humidity this weekend - so much so that we ended up at sil's pool on saturday - lots of fun in the water.
Tracie - I have done 2 costa cruises (many eons ago) but not RCL - find Carnival has best pricing esp when I'm going solo! And I am definitely planning to swim with the stingrays when I am in Grand Cayman next March!

I think I did okay at the wine & cheeseon Friday - yes I ate (baguette, cheese, pate, turkey, fruit, veggies, hummus) and half a glass of wine (plus 2 big glasses of diet gingerale)......but I did not OVEREAT - I actually stopped eating when I started to feel full - and stopped grazing at the table! Left early as dh and I were hoping to get out but was so tired we just crashed out early.
Sat morning I was a very good froufie and headed out to the gym for more weight training and then spent pm in the pool - kept trying to move around figuring at least I was burning some calories (esp as we were snacking on nacho chips and dip!). Ended up having popcorn for supper as dh and I did go to a move sat night.
And I went to see Wicked last night - yes Vickie it finally made it to Ottawa (I did see it last year in Tampa post-cruise)....it was AMAZING - so excellent - I just sat and smiled right thru it and dd had to keep reminding me to stop singing..ha ha ha...and the best was I ran into some work colleagues I had not seen in years- what fun - they remember dd when she was a baby! and they couldn't believe their eyes! (she is almost 17).
Best news is the cooperative scale - started off last monday after a weekend binge (KFC!!!) at over 211 and this weekend I was seeing 207 - not shabby - I think the restraint and exercise are helping.
I am trying to stay very committed and today had soup for lunch (even tho I was passing by the hot dog and fries stand)....just had an afternoon snack as I am feeling hungry (nf/sf yogurt and red grapes) and I find I do need something esp if I am going to the gym after work - which is the plan (trying to go every 2nd day).....
Good luck at WI Vickie. Paula - guzzle that water (which is reminding me to refill my water bottle!).
Taking thurs and friday off for a very long 5 day weekend (which means back to school shopping w/dd which is always VERY stressful).
