Friday menu, 8/29

  • Carb watching will have to start tomorrow. I left the house in a big hurry, so I had:
    McDonalds egg mcmuffin 7 pts.
    Coffee

    Lunch: Core'n bread
    apple
    water

    Don't know about supper,yet. If my internet works, I'll post that tonight.

    dinner: chicken and steamed green beans with evoo
    dessert: coffee and 1pt. ww fudge bar
  • I just had 2 plums. I wanted cake, ice cream, or pie, but I had plums.
