Smile TUESDAY

Had to really push myself to go today, didn't feel like it at all. Only walked and it took me forever, but at least I did something. Got caught in some light rains about a mile from the house

Default My exercise log :)

Starting new on this board - something I can look back on as I get better at exercise -

Sun - Walked in evening almost 2.0 miles in rain with son

Mon - Weight Training for 60 minutes - walked 1.5 miles in evening

Tues - Rode Bike at Gym - 30 minutes - 7 miles (sick w/sinus and sick child, unable to walk that evening)

Wed - That is today - missed afternoon workout because of being into work late for sick child...

At 7:00 p.m. began my weight training workout at the gym - after that I got on the recumbent bike and peddled a good 5 miles (I think that was it...not far off)....felt wonderful!!! Did 100 stomach crunches!!! Whoa, what a burn - good burn! If I did not feel like I had to get home because of sick kid, I would have kept on peddling....
