I've never had a pins and needles problem when running (I'm still smiling from being told at the running shop that the trainers I had were pretty much right for my feet despite me choosing them unaided
), but on the subject of bras, I saw
this research the other day (if the link is allowed).
Of course, that rather depends on having any boobs to sag, when I've got my sports bra on I'm almost completely flat chested because it straps them down (and without my sports bra, most of what you see comes from the padding in the bra rather than what's filling them). That's the reason I'm fatter than my sister too - despite being roughly the same weight, all hers is in her boobs whereas mine is most definitely elsewhere
