  • I have been exercising sporadically to try to help with my depression. Around Thanksgiving I started being more consistant. I signed up with a program at the Y called Technogym. It monitors your heart rate and keeps track of reps and progress and stuff. I am hoping that it will help me stay consistant.

Anyways, I did my 45 minute routine at the techno gym. (Starts with roughly 13 minutes of cardio and then a series of weight machines and stuff). Then I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and then 45 minutes of Zumba.
