Well the sodium in yesterday’s dinner resulted in another half pound gain for me this morning. I’m hoping I get back down to goal by tomorrow!

boatingmomma: Another pound…good for you! I’m just outside of Toronto and our weatherman is also saying it will rain tomorrow here. My kids are grown (in their 30’s) and I never get trick-or-treaters where I live (since I’m too far away from everything)…but, still, rain on Halloween would be a shame!
