I realize how truly blessed I am even with life's struggles and challenges
Knowing that I have people who support and encourage me is Inspires
And Comforts me through all of life's changes.
All it takes sometimes is a little positive word or a nudge to propel you in a whole different direction.
I am Grateful my Family was Brave enough to Tell Me The Truth ...That I needed to change the way I was eating and lose weight!
It is so easy to tell people what the want to hear instead of What They Need To Hear!
I am Grateful to be blessed with a Family that loved me enough ...To Call Me Out Gaining all the weight and the Impact it was having on the family!
I have a lot of Gratitude to my family for steering me in the right direction.
My coach who believed I could lose 100 lbs by just following the diet!
No magic ,No Pills ....
Thanks to all who have supported and encouraged me along the way, mere words can not convey how much I cherished and appreciated them.
This will be the 1st spring in a long time that I will not dread going from a bulky winter clothing to light more form fitting clothes..
Good Luck to us all , Roo2
