This thread makes me feel good..

*my cold seems to have hit it's worst, can only get better from here!
*laundry is complete
*pre-planned (and shopped for!) this week's dinners
*eating only when hungry
*scale is moving again, 0.2lbs away from 40lbs lost!
*still enjoying my vacation (from work)
*enjoying our lovely weather

Grateful- the sun is brightly shining even though it is still cold.
Hubby is doing some spring yard work ...so next week the Lawn Guy can aerate the yard ,and we can start to fertilize and the sod can go from a dull brown to green.


Thoughts of Spring flowers are dancing in my head.
My daughter will celebrate her BDay tomorrow! She is what I prayed for ....even though she took years to come ...then our family was complete.
Not in our time but in God's time ...she came into our life and has been a source of Joy and challenges at times ...but mostly Joy!

She truly is the Baby of the Family!! And we adore her!

Having my mom safely back under our roof ... I have learned to be grateful to see her regain as much as she can ...
I am grateful to have her with us as long as possible.
My 3 energetic dogs romping and living in the moment.

Being content with my life ...I do not live a perfect trouble free life....I feel blessed

+ Joanne has accepted the assistant curator post

+ although the weatherman says snow, we've had sunshine for the past two days

+ Peter will be able to get here from Calgary for Aunt Rose's funeral on Saturday

+ my eulogy is completed - now I'll sleep on it tonight and edit tomorrow

+ still too cold but the snow definitely IS melting

+ snow tires are off although still not stashed away in the barn

+ enjoyed working on Barb's taxes yesterday with her

+ crispy bacon for breakfast this morning - I'm on Atkins lately

+ the sweetest dogs in the County!
