- I really wanted to overeat last night - but, stopped at a couple hundred extra calories - am grateful.

- my back is feeling a little beter today

- forcast for a beautiful spring weekend

- tomorrow we gather for the March birthdays - four of us have birthdays in March. Family coming from Michigan and Maryland.

- city picks up our recycling now... I remember the days of taking it out to the various recycling places. Grateful that it's such a convenience now.

- my one neighbor found out why her leg hurts - she has a stress fracture in her leg. Grateful that she doesn't need surgery. My other neighbor who broke his neck is mending slowly, but healing. So grateful he isn't paralyzed.

- Maya is doing well with going to daycare two days a week. She's adjusting well.

+ above freezing temps and sunshine on the menu for the weekend

+ shopped locally for appliances for the Town Hall kitchen and got great bargains

+ resolved a couple of accounting problems without too much angst

+ eating low carb is working for me - 5 pounds off since Tuesday

+ cut finger continues to heal well

+ Jazz and I do pet therapy today - no wet and messy parking lot to navigate

* a sunny fairly warm weekend.
* having worked out 3 days in a row which i havent done in ages.
* being able to open my house up to fresh air again.
* my bathroom maybe close to being done and usable again after about 2 months of not.
* being able to do a awesome hike yesterday, been ages.
* 3FC and all its wonderful people.

- I persevered through the day and had a healthy day... grateful

- beautiful weather yesterday - folks in the neighborhood out and chatting. The kids were playing all day.

- we met the newest baby on the street... 6 weeks old, Braden. (that must be the new popular boys name. I've met three baby Braden's recently)

- my friends here at 3fc - always ready to listen and help the best way they can.

* its raining but it is warm outside .
* have new plants sprouting in my flowerbeds... spring is almost here.
* was able to get some walking in yesterday, always makes me feel good.
* glad the daylight is getting longer, be even better once i adjust to the lost hour.
