    The last one was very very hard to do. My boyfriend decided to make some midnight spring rolls for a snack since he couldn't sleep and I was attempting to study. It took everything I had to say no. But I did and I'm so happy for it.

    Finished challenge! This is definitely a challenge I will come back and try again. I might come back on Monday with a few new challenges for the next 21 days and have a think over the weekend about what challenges I can set myself.
