  • Monday- day 1

    30 minutes on the treadmill
  • MONDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles with only walking, but with my Powerbelt. Took me too long though, 1 hour 2 minutes and 35 seconds, that's slower than a but I guess it's better than nothing, which is almost what I ended up doing today
  • Weekend
    Walked the dogs. Slogging thorugh slush and wet snow now. My knees are loving this--NOT!
  • Monday
    Treadmill a.m. 41 minutes.

    Treadmill 40 minutes....some sit-ups.
  • Monday---Day 1---Did 32 minutes on TM this morning.

    Got in 47 minutes on the threadmill.

    A short session with the weights. I feel this is a start to get me back on some sort of routine with the weights.

    Had two sessions of badminton to-day.

    Played several games this afternoon, and again this evening.

    Just got in from a 30 minute run--did not stop to walk at all-a big step for me

    Did my 4.5 miles in 54:10-not bad, not great, but better than the last few days!!!
  • Tuesday- day 2

    40 minutes on the treadmill
