  • Woops, has it really been a week since I checked in here? I must do it regularly so I don't have to look up my exercise in My Fitness Pal. Glad to see you're all moving and shaking!

    7.1: 40 min. Jackie Warner Circuit Training DVD, 30+ min. hacky sack
    7.2: 50 min. aerobic. dvd (morning), 55 min. zumba (evening)
    7.3: 40 min. Jackie Warner Circuit Training DVD, 90? min. dancing (love those dance parties, but it still didn't burn off all the food and drinks!)
    7.4: 35 min. walk/jog--I started C25K, sort of on a whim, we'll see if I continue
    7.5: 50 min. aerobics dvd
    7.6: 20 min. 30DS, 35 min. hacky sack
    7.7: 40 min walk/jog (c25k, plus some extra walking), hacky sack and badminton during breaks at work!
