  • Finally the rain is gone and I'm back to walking in the camp ground. Boy was it torture to start out new again. But yippee I did it...
  • Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

  • Tues.- Walked at the campground. Woopie!!!! Gosh Teensy we're all alone here.
  • Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles.

    Toni-- Wooo Hooo, day 2 down!!
  • Mon: major walking, not sure how far.
    Tues: 6 mins elliptical machine, 10 mins stairmaster, stength-training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines, 20 mins treadmill
  • Monday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes eliptical
    Tuesday: Slim in 6 tape (47 minutes)
    Wednesday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes eliptical

    I hope to do my Slim in 6 tomorrow and get to the gym on Friday....time will tell.
