Finally the rain is gone and I'm back to walking in the camp ground. Boy was it torture to start out new again. But yippee I did it...

Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Mon: major walking, not sure how far.
Tues: 6 mins elliptical machine, 10 mins stairmaster, stength-training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines, 20 mins treadmill

Monday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes eliptical
Tuesday: Slim in 6 tape (47 minutes)
Wednesday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes eliptical
I hope to do my Slim in 6 tomorrow and get to the gym on Friday....time will tell.
