    Exercise: walked 2 miles

    2 meatballs with sauce- 13 points
    diet coke- 0 points
    roll- 3 points
    1 tbsp of butter- 3 points

    Dinner:
    1 cup of pasta- 4 points
    chicken parma- 10 points
    1 slice of garlic bread- 5 points
    16 ozs of water

    total points used: 39/32 Flexpoints used: 7 28/35

    I too am back on the wagon I have switched plans so much that I feel scrambled!

    Lunch- 1/2 of a 4 pt meal 2 pts *, 1 pt cake* and 4 oz skim milk 1 pt*
    3 peanut butter crackers * 2 pts
    Supper- 1 1/2 ff chicken patty 3 pts*
    spinach with 1 tsp lf spread 1 pt*
    1 ww cake 1 pt*
    3 bites sf frozen yogurt 1 pt*


    snacks-
    applesauce 1 pt *
    ww 1 pt cake*
    popscicle 1 pt*
    fig bar 2 pts* points = 22 calories= 1185

    points allowed 22 a day and 35 flexpoints a week

    Good to be back ...I cant afford to go back to the meetings as yet so I really have no idea what the core plan is exactally But the points plan worked very well for me before that I thought I would give it another shot ... it was slow but sure and I need a sure plan Thanks for the warm welcome back

    okra 0 pts
    green beans 0 pts
    8 oz skim milk 2 pts

    snacks- 1 ww cake 1 pt another 4 oz skim milk 1 pt
    5 cups 94% ff popcorn 1 pt
    2 1 pt popsicles 2 pts
    2 applesauce cups 2 pts for a grand total of 22 pts

    I'm suppose to meet my mom for lunch if nothing changes.
    DH fixed me great big boiled shrimp last night for supper which was a treat!
    Have gotten lots of cards and emails and am having bd lunch with a friend tomorrow too. hugs!

    I am redoing the girls rooms this weekend , started yesterday and let me tell you ladies....these kids have WAY tooooo much I have one wall painted and everything thrown into the middle of the living room so wish me luck guys!!!!! If I dont post till Monday it is because I buried my computer

    1/2 cups of whole wheat spaghetti- 1.5 points
    2 turkey meatballs w/ sauce- 2.5 points
    1 slice of garlic bread- 5 points
    2 tbsp of parma cheese- 2 points
    bacon bits- 1 point
    croutons- 5 points
    Low Fat Catalina dressing- 2 points

    Snack:
    1 slice of coconut cake- 8 points

    total points used: 38/32 flexpoints used: 22/28

    for a totalof 22 points I forgot just how much I liked WW 1280 calories
