    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!

  • Curves for 30 minutes.
  • 3 mile WATP w/2lb weights
  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body, TBT.
  • Mon: strength training circuit, 2.2 miles elliptical machine, 8 off-circuit machines
  • 3 mile WATP w/2lb weights
  • Tues: 4 miles TM
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 25 minutes upper body, TBT.
  • two hours, water aerobics tonight. With Tom, the TOUGH instructor
  • Curves for 30 minutes.
  • Im trying to kick start some weight loss here so i uped my exercise
    25 minutes Tae-bo basics, 3 mile WATP (no weights today, back is to sore)
  • Monday- nada!
    Tuesday- exercise class. Did cardio aerobics for about 45 minutes and then some chest moves, leg lifts, and abs
    Wednesday- haven't done it yet, but the 4 mile WATP
  • Wednesday-- 10 minute stretches, 36 minutes lower body, TBT.
  • Wed: bowling, 5 games
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 30 minutes upper body, TBT.
