    I Wanted To Post A Weekly Exercise Log To Help Motivate Us.


    It Don't Matter Whether You Do 10 Leg Lifts, Park Further from Walmart or walk 1 mile, etc. decide whatever you want .

    I Just Want Us All To Do Some Sort Of Exercise Everyday
    WITH ONE DAY OFF?

    I have started back to walking on treadmill. And it is getting warm enough that I can go to the track. So I will join you...

    March 1 We have rain in the forecast.
    March 2 Walk the track or
    March 3
    March 4 I will probably take this day off
    March 5
    March 6 I will take this day off.

    I am committed to at least 2 1/2 miles at the track or 30 minutes on the treadmill this week on the days I have designated. !
