Clean Eats - Saturday - 11 Oct.

  • Wow, no one has posted all day - I'm beginning to think I'm the only one without a life.

    I didn't do much planning this AM, but this is what I did for the day-

    AM 1 - 1/2c oatmeal and PP.

    Concoction - 2 scopps PP, 1 c FF CC, 1/2 c skim

    LBWO at the gym, undisturbed; gave it a 9

    AM 2 - 2 oz Mozarella on way home from gym

    PM 1 - 4oz turkey breat, 3 turkey bacon on large lettce salad

    1.5 hour nap

    PM 2 - 2, 5 grain bread toasted with PB, 1/2 c tomato juice

    Treadmill

    Snack - SF jello with frozen strawberries, unsweetened.
