  • My diet hasn't been going super well but I'm not binging either. I need to start planning out my meals and sticking to the plan. I also need to start exercising. I really want to start dating this summer (I'm 36 and have never been in a relationship. Yikes!) and I'm really self-conscious about my body weight and how lazy I am. Actually, I'm the most self-conscious about my double chin. It usually starts to go away when I'm in the 180s. My plan right now is to lose 5 lbs a month so I can be in the 170's by the end of the summer.

  • I was pretty active on 3FC back in 2009-2011. I lost over 100 lbs! I've since gained back about 150. I've tried to get back on the wagon several times over the past few years. I'm hoping that I can do it this time.
