  • Okay ladies its time for September goals! Are you pumped up and ready to be healthy?!?!?!? Okay I'm a little to excited this morning

    Neway's post your goals for September and come back every now and then during the month to post how you are doing.
  • I will start it out. Mine are basically the same from last month. I think these are good goals for me so hopefully I will accomplish all of them. Especially #5.

    Goals:

    1. Exercise 3 times a week.

    2. Make smart eating choices

    3. Drink more water. Try for 64 ounces a day but if not that then as much as I can.

    4. Stay away from the icecream!!!

    5. Get to 159.4 by the end of the month

    6. Don't give up and continue to stay motivated.
  • Here are my Sept. goals:

    1. Eat at least five fruits and vegetables per day.
    2. Increase and vary my exercise.
    3. Avoid pizza!
    4. Be at 182 by the end of the month.
    5. Stay motivated the entire month (This one could be the most difficult!).
  • Sept. Goals

    1. get below 200 lbs. by the end of the month
    2. keep pushing H20
    3. follow 5k training plan
    4. lift 3 times a week
    5. find a part-time job before school starts

  • Here are My september Goals:

    1. To achieve my mini goal in my signature
    2. Eat more fruit, veggies, and grains
    3. Decrease my intake of pasta
    4. Start exercising on the rider every morning for 15 mins.
    5. Drink more water (all 6 required)
    6. Stay motivated and proud of the little accomplishments.
  • Here goes nothing, September will be mine...

    1) To weigh 184 by September 30.
    2) To drink at least 3 litres of water a day
    3) Ick, exercise 5 days a week all month. I geared up for this one last month, started mid august and have been doing 5-6 workouts a week.
    4) Stay OP for all 30 days.
    5) Continue to work on the mental part of this whole thing, uncovering the reasons I'm heavy in the first place and why I never will be again. This one is tough to measure but I'll do my best.

  • Ok, here goes-

    1. Get back to eating 4 fruits and 5 vegetables every day (I used to be really good about this and felt great, then I slacked off and look at the weight I gained!)
    2. Stay away from the junk foody carbs--white bread, potato chips, candy
    3. Workout 5-6 days a week
    4. Do a weight workout at least 2x every week
    5. No late night snacking!

    I can do it!!
  • Here are my goals for September:

    1) Exercise 5 times each week.
    2) Do weights at least 3 times each week.
    3) Avoid fast food!
    3) Continue to drink at least 64 oz water each day.
    4) Write down everything I eat each day.
    5) Get below 180 by the end of September.
  • Yay, a brand-new month!
    In September, I vow to:

    1) Work out with weights 3 x's per week, and get cardio exercise a minimum of 5 x's per week (preferably 6-7 times)

    2) Get to 206 (or below!!!) by the end of the month--which would mean an average loss of 2 lbs. per week (I've been averaging around 3 lbs. per wk. so far).

    3) Continue to make wise food choices (fruits/vegs over empty stuff like chips, etc).

    4) Keep drinking lots of water--I think I'm getting at least 70-80 oz. a day right now.

    5) Maintain my high level of determination & motivation!!!

    Here's to a wonderful month of reaching our goals!

    1. To workout at least 5 times a week.
    2. To cut back on my salt intake (I am addicted!)
    3. To drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
    4. To eat at least 3 veggies and fruit a day ( I know it should be 5, but I need baby steps!)
    5. To eat my points target each day (22)
  • My september goal is to loose 10 pounds!!
  • August proved to be not such a good month with my goals!! I will need to work a lot harder this month...

    1.) 5 K Training... follow the exercise schedule!!
    2.) Stay out of the chips and candy...stick to the Atkins diet!!
    3.) Drink a ton of water and eat my veggies!!
    4.) Lose 10 pounds
  • MY GOALS:
    LOSE 10 LBS!!! I CAN DO IT!
    1-do at least 2 miles on the track3-5 days a week
    2-increase my running to a mile
    3-keep stretching and doing crunches, sit ups, and push ups
    4-watch what I am putting in my mouth, no over-eating
    5-drink water
    ***if I lose the 10lbs I can buy myself that cute outfit
  • Well i really messed up my august goals and did not make it at all

    My september goal is to get down to 205lbs at least!!! Come on surely i can get it right this month!!!
  • Tory I am with you... I messed up big time and ended up losing only 2 pounds and eating everything bad for me I could find. I am really going to hit this hard and lose the weight... You will too... I know we can do it :-)
