HHH on PP which is similar to atkins I went fro m a size 24 to a 12 (then ate like a pig and am back up to a 20 but size weight wise i lost 65 from my high to low. I can not say time frame as i had many times i ate too much for months at a time (stress) and great when OP but i know of a friend that lost 114 in 1 year being very faithful. (NOT ONE OF THOSE INFOMERCIALS)
