Buckkeepblue - I understand your paranoia but like you said it's a huge plus that you will be exercising more than you are used to! It's good because you can focus more on your body changing and when you get home you might be surprised what will pop up on the scale!
Sammie- That is awesome you have burned that much with your workout today! I do the same thing if I feel like I have overeaten or such, I always just workout more intense the next day lol.
I did my two P90X workouts for the day and logged my meals into MFP. I'm pretty sore needless to say but I am more energized than I have ever been in a while!
