    We start off by proclaiming our goals, which get added to a list. At the end of the month, the goals that are met are printed in RED for celebration!

  • My goal for January 2012 is 1300 minutes of exercise including at least 8 video workouts.

    Jan goal: 14 days of exercise
  • 800 minutes of exercise.
  • At least 14 days of exercise
    700 Minutes total
  • My goal this month will be 1,000 minutes of exercise due to 2 weeks vacation in the middle of the month.

    Jan. 2 - 60 minutes water aerobics, 60 minutes Zumba (120 minutes)(120 minutes)
    Jan. 3 - 20 minutes stepmill, 15 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes personal training (95 minutes)(215 minutes)
    Jan. 4 - 60 minutes step aerobics (60 minutes)(275 minutes)
    Jan. 6 - 45 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes personal training (105 minutes)(380 minutes)
    Jan. 8 - 22 - 420 minutes walking (800 minutes)
  • okay, I have been a yo-yo about regularly exercising Sooo I am going to do this gradually w my bad knee problem
    15 min. x 5 days exercise. = 300 January + treadmill 11 min. x 5 days = 220 min. January = 520 min. Total exercise for January
  • Hey!
    I will pledge 930 minutes of exercise (a minimum of 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week).
    Here we go
  • 20 days of exercise (5 days/week).
  • January Goals:

    Run 2x a week
    Exercise 1500 min
    Run/Walk 50 miles
  • My January Exercise Goal:

    20 30-minute weight loss treadmill workouts (2.5 - 3.1 mph)
    5 20-minute intensity treadmill workouts (2.8 - 3.7 mph)
    5 visits to Curves for 1 hour each visit (4x around the circuit)

  • My January goal will be 20 days of exercise - though I hope to exceed that!

  • Hi gang! I almost made my 13 days of exercise last month. This month I WILL hit goal.

    My pledge is 13 days of my one-hour Callanetics Evolution.

  • January Challenge
    My daughter & I have challenged each other to build a string of consecutive exercise days; who can go the longest in January without skipping? (Our minimum time is 15 minutes to "count" on those really crazy days.) My specific goal is 21 days in a row--they say three weeks makes a habit so by then, maybe I can finish the month 100%!
