  • Don't know what has been happening to my time!

    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, soy milk 100, banana 60, cinnimon, splenda,
    Lunch: Sandwich/ 2 oz. smoked turkey, 1 ff cheese 35. ff mayo 10, salad free, ff dressing 10, 1/2 apple 60.
    Dinner: soup 150, crackers 70, 1 tblsp marg. 65, 3 oz chicken 155.
    1 1 in. square of cake. 1 glass milk 90.
    75 oz water for the day.

    Breakfast: Same as usual...oatmeal 150, 1/2 banana 60, 1/2 cup soy milk 50, splenda, cinnamon.

    Lunch: 1 sandwich=2 slices wheat bread 70, 1 tblsp ff mayo 10, 2 oz smoked turkey 110, 1 slice ff cheese 30, salad with balsamic vinegar dressing 10, 1 pear.

    Dinner: 2 oz chicken 110, 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce 50, 1/2 c. spaghetti 70, salad 0, dressing 35, 1 slice toast 35, lemon yogurt, 100.

    Snack: 1 apple 60 ...1 cup skim milk 90.

    75 oz water

    Breakfast- 1 egg and 4 oz orange juice

    lunch- veggie soup

    supper- veggie soup

    snack- fruit cocktail and orange juice

    late night no no 1/2 a peanut butter and jelly sandwich

    Breakfast- 1 egg and cheese on sourdough bread

    Lunch- salad with ranch

    snack- smartpop popcorn 1 bowl

    supper- at church will fill in later

    Sorry I haven't been around lately. I have been so busy I haven't even been on the computer.

    Over the weekend I had a Valentine Dinner that I helped with and attended and Sunday, a 50th wedding reception that took up my extra time, Monday I collapsed, Tuesday I was out of town to a funeral and today I have sewed all day!

    Tomorrow is weigh in...I'm not looking forward to it. I don't know if I have lost or not. I haven't eaten too bad, just not too good either.

    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, soy milk 100, banana 60, coffee

    Lunch: cabbage and low fat sausage 100, salad free/ff dressing 30, chicken 75.

    Dinner: Mexican pasta 320, refried beans 100, salad free/ff dressing 30, pear 60.

    Didn't drink as much water as I needed.

    Will do better about posting. I think it helps me. Hope you are well and staying warm.

    Breakfast: bran cereal 120, milk 90, banana 60, coffee
    Lunch: soup 110, salad w/dressing 75, crackers 70, water.
    pear 60.
    Dinner: 3 chicken strips, 4 slices potatoes 70, cole slaw ?, 1 bread 100.
    !/2 cup sugar free icecream 110.
    no more snacks today!

    lunch- 1 slice homeade lasanga

    snack- orange and about 20 cheezits

    supper- hamburger and baked fries

    4 girlscout cookies and 20 more cheez its

    I was super hungry today, but all in all I am doing well
  • Ok here is my plan for today

    Breakfast- 1 egg and yogurt and an orange juice

    lunch- green beans and peas and meat

    supper- spinach and meat (will find out what kind at lunch)

    snack- fruit fruit fruit and maybe another yogurt

    I have been in a slump all weekend and the past two days. I haven't posted here because I haven't been keeping a diary of what I eat. Must get back to doing that!!!

    Breakfast: oatmeal 150, apple, raisans walnuts 75, splenda.
    Lunch: Veggie soup with chicken 175, crackers 70, coffee.
    Dinner: Eggs sandwich...2 egg beaters 70, mayo 10, 1 slice bread 35, 1 slice ff cheese 40, pear 60.

    Popcorn, 2 Hershey Nuggets
  • Looks like today is a little betterfor me than usual

    Breakfast- 1 sf yogurt and 2 clementine oranges

    Lunch- 1 1/2 cup homeade tuna casserole

    supper- 4 oz turkey breast and spinach and salad

    snack- 1 cup popcorn and an orange or 2
    oh and 4 mint girlscout cookies......ink:

    Have had a funny day today. I slept in, had only 30 minutes to get to the church on time (to sew costumes). We worked well, just a few there and got more done than usual. Came home, then to grocery shop, fixed dinner, talked on the phone for 1 hr. I feel like I have been in a spin all day.

    Breakfast: apple 60 and 1 Tblsp PNButter 95, hot cider
    Lunch: salad, 1/2 ham salad with mustard, pear 60, 1 Tblsp PNButter.
    Dinner: 3 oz prime rib ? pea salad (english peas, onion, cheese, garlic salt, mayo) ? 1 slice home baked bread ? marg. 45, salad

    I have not had enough water today.

    It is cold, still, not like up north. But for us it is cold. Expecting rain/sleet/snow tonight. Glad I don't have anything planned for tomorow except TOPS tomorrow night. If it is bad that will be cancelled. I hope not, I need to face those scales!

    Slept in...was in a hurry to get to work on costumes.
    No breakfast before I left.

    Lunch: Veggie soup( home made) crackers 70, 3 bean salad (home made) no fat or sugar. Coffee

    Snack: oatmeal 150, apple 60, walnuts 30, Green tea

    Dinner: Salad/ ff dressing, Chicken 110

    Here is todays plan as I have goofed up over the weekend

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and a sf yogurt and a multivitamin

    lunch- salad with ranch dressing

    snack- piece of fruit

    supper- 6 inch subway wheat turkey with mustard and loaded with veggies

    I can't remember all that I have eaten today, but will post what I plan for tomorrow.

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs(egg beaters) 70, 1 cup strawberries 60

    Lunch: 4 oz. chicken 220, 1 cup vegetable soup 50, 1 slice bread 35, mayo 10.

    Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese 80, 5 crackers 70, banana 60.

    Dinner: 4 oz broiled chicken 220, green salad with tomato/carrots /cucumbers 25, 2 tblsp dressing 45, 1/2 baked potato 45.

    Water 75 oz.

    No more fooling around. My plan today hasn't been bad, but tomorrow it will be better.
