I know alot of us are focused on the weight aspect of weight loss but lets not forget our measurements take a hit as well. So for those of you who take measurements as well I wanted to start this thread.
Waist: 61 1/2 inches
RA (Right Arm): 17 1/4 inches
LA (Left Arm): 18 1/2 inches
RT (Right thigh): 27 inches
LT (Left thigh): 29 inches
Hips: 64 1/2 inches
Breast: 63 inches
I Will do this once a week to see if there are any changes in measurements as well as weight.


I added some extra measurements that I would like to monitor for myself.
