Ready to lose menu thread #5!!!!!!!!

  • Well here it is ladies, #5 we are doing great so lets keep this a moving

    Breakfast- not sure yet, maybe a shake (soy of course)

    lunch- not sure but will fill in

    supper- ditto to lunch

    breakfast- 1 pancake and some syrup

    lunch- ???

    have to fill the rest in a little later, the hubby is off today
  • Ok I have been MIA and the scale can sure tell it


    So here goes

    Breakfast- 1 bowl of rice chex and skim milk

    Lunch- 1 cup spagetti and 1 slice garlic bread

    snack- some sort of fruit

    Supper- 1 slice of cheese pizza and steamed cauliflower and broccoli

    snack- fruit
