  • Walked 4.5 miles
  • Monday
    Did 35 minutes of intervals on stationary bike, 180 abs, 2.5 mile walk w/ dog and neighbors. Came home after work and just finished a heavy lifting session. Feel like jelly.

    ran 1 mile, then walked 2.5 with neighbors and dog. Cold and wet out, hard to get moving!

    Later: did 50 minutes on stationary bike and 200 abs.

    Did 4.5 miles in 49:58
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did my 4.5miles in 48:46
  • Wednesday
    Ran 1.5 miles, walked 2.5, 200 abs, 1 hour heavy weights.

  • THURSDAY-THANKSGIVING!
    Did my 4.5 miles in 49:40
  • Turkey Day
    Did 1 mile run, 2.5 mile walk, 35 minutes intervals on stationary bike, 210 abs. Bring on dinner!

    did 45 minutes of swimming class

    Thursday
    walked 3 times to and from DS school, with a walk around the neighborhood the second time. About and hour and a half all together.


    That's 2 days in a row I've done more than I have been. Tomorrow I want to do the elliptical.
  • FRIDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 47:33 This is my SECOND BEST TIME EVER!!! Only 6 seconds over my best time
  • Friday
    Walked 3.5 miles. Couldn't force a jog or run, but will try to lift later today.
    later: nope, couldn't force myself.

    Heavy lifting session, added weight, feels great! 210 abs, 2 mile walk.

  • SUNDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in a NEW TIME!!! Did it in 46:23, a minute and 4 seconds better than my previous best time!!!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 27 miles
  • Sunday
    Ran 5 miles, walked 1 miles, 200 abs. Decent time, not great.
