Default Monday 8-13

Boy Did the weekend fly by fast.That alarm went off at 4 am and scared the you know what out of me.People should not have to start the day that early.There ota be a law
I have got to start working on controlling my eating during the weekend.That is starting to really be a big problem.We eat out a lot then.I am doing better when we do eat out but it really screws up my efforts.Now it is catch up time.Thank goodness I don't weigh in til Thursday.There are people who eat out everyday and lose so I have to just make some adjustments.
Just stopped by to say good morning and wish everyone a good op day.

Default Good Monday to all!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine did not turn out too bad, getting back on the routine is always the hardest part for me.

I understand what you mean Eleni - I do the same thing, sometimes I can do good when we eat out other times it is really hard. I get really sick of eating broiled chicken, I can eat that at home any other time, when I eat out I like to eat the things I would not normally cook, of course, those are the things we should not be eating. Well, I still try my best. That is what counts, and you have to have a treat once in awhile or you would not want to do this plan at all. Anyway, I hope you have a good catch up week.

Hope everyone has a great week, my weigh in is tomorrow - wish me luck. Gonna work on not letting anyone elses loses get in my way, this is for me.

Default Hey everyone

Just got back from my walk (did 4 miles around the track) but now I feel pooped, no energy. I think it's only because I had 1140 calories today.
Speaking of eating horribly on the weekend, my mom and dad came down to visit me this Sat and we went to the food court at the mall to eat. Now, I mentally prepared myself for a bad meal (no willpower, remember) and my dad and I ate at the great steak and potatoe company. I had a chicken sub and fries. Now, in hindsight wish i would have checked calories but ladies, guess how many calories a small order of fries from TGSPC has?

Well, after kicking myself for about 3 hours and then walking about 2 miles I decided I will just have to really watch the rest of the week. So here I am.
Hopefully though it doesn't kill me and weigh in will be good on Thursday.

Hi Tops Pals, I just logged on to this site and I hope to get a lot of encouragement from my Tops Pals on-line. I have more than 100 pounds to lose and my ability to walk sometime in the future if I don't get this weight off.I am amember of OH570 and I get so enthused when I see other people making their goals. I just weighed in and I only lost a fourth of apound this week but that makes 5 weeks in a row that I have lost. Every little bit helps as I am sure you all know. It is nice to meet you and I hope you will write back and give me a big boost. Mammaw

Welcome to TOPS,

I too have a lot to lose but setting small goals makes it easier.
Lets see , I am almost down 40 lbs and have 50 more to my second goal......Some weeks is hard when the scale dosent go down but the PALS are there to pick us up and get us going again.

So we are happy to have you with us and wish you success.
