I have got to start working on controlling my eating during the weekend.That is starting to really be a big problem.We eat out a lot then.I am doing better when we do eat out but it really screws up my efforts.Now it is catch up time.Thank goodness I don't weigh in til Thursday.There are people who eat out everyday and lose so I have to just make some adjustments.
