Default Things I didn't do last week...

I just wanna celebrate what I didn't do last week, all of which are problems for me...

1. I didn't binge eat
2. I didn't sneak eat
3. I didn't buy ANYTHING from a fast food restaurant
4. I didn't eat in my car
5. I didn't eat while standing in the kitchen
6. I didn't buy any food and stash it somewhere for later
7. I didn't lie to anyone (including myself) about what I'd eaten
8. I didn't mindlessly snack while watching TV
9. I didn't find an excuse to "celebrate" and go off-plan
10. I didn't drink a bunch of empty calories in booze

Yay for the "didn'ts"...
