I am in the 300 range and I have been dieting and exercising with Weight Watchers point system, and I've joined the YMCA for exercise. I love it. It looks as if it might work this time. This is my fourth month, I've lost 45 pounds and I work out 4 nights a week. I would love to hear from others for support, inspiration and encouraging thoughts. If we all work together to give encouragement, we all can achieve what we are all working for -- better health, at least that's what it's about for me.
