Default Fun Friday menu, Jan. 20

Hey, nobody's eating today? Okay, well I'm not either -- just had two pieces of bacon and a bottle of water. I just wondered what the rest of you were having.

Breakfast: Farina made with FF milk, spenda and smart balance (points)

Lunch: Soft boiled eggs and multi-grain bread with smart balance (points); 1/4 of a honeybell

Dinner: Baby greens salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and FF honey dijon; Rotisserie chicken, Core mashed potatoes, corn.

Snack: None

I am so off track and schedule today it isn't funny!

Breakfast: 1/2 c. probiotic yogurt, decaf w/light cream

Lunch: tuna salad sandwich on pumpernickel, w/tomatoes, lettuce, onions and light mayo, small order of fries, diet pepsi

Dinner: 1 banana - yes I am starving now and will go hunt down some food - was very late getting home from my nail appt!

It was first day on Core
Breakfast: Oatmeal, Milk, Cherries & Blueberries
Snack: Fruit Cocktail (in own juice) yogurt
Lunch: Couscous, Grilled Chicken, Green Beans
Snack: Banana
Dinner:SF-FF pudding

Great Job, Laura! Did you get your healthy oil in there somewhere? You'll fill up more if you eat more veggies. I've been having a hard time eating enough veggies. How is it going for you?

For me, it's hard to eat enough veggies. I like fruit though!

I like veggies,so for me isn`t any problems,but sometimes I eat not enough veggies.
