Thursday's Treats, January 19, 2006

  • Pretty much whatever makes me feel good again.

    Non-Core Food after my medical test.

    Buttermilk pancakes with smart balance and SF syrup that turned out to be a laxative!

    Soft boiled eggs and toast.

  • Well, you didn't sleep very long.
  • How did it get to be Thursday already? Egads! I want to make good use of my time.
    Today I'm starting out with a 20min. yoga routine.
    Breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk and applesauce
    Lunch: egg salad on Lite Eng. Muffin (1 pt)
    dinner: WW's Simple Shepherd Pie recipe (I'll check for points when I make it, but I think I can make it Core)
    snack: fruit and popcorn--I need to get to the store again.

  • I'm hungry now so I shall post my menu - like that makes any sense!

    Breakfast: vat of fresh cherries (actually eaten at 10:30 am!) and decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO whole wheat pasta w/parmesan and light cream, cut up veggies (carrots, red and green peppers) w/dip

    Snack: - that's like now: banana and probiotic yogurt

    Dinner: no idea? probably scrambled eggs or something easy as dd is dancing at 6 pm!

    Well heres my menu for today.
    Tuna 2
    Eggs 4
    2 slices diet bread 1
    Mayo 1 Tablespoon 1
    2 Clemetines 1
    Slim fast bar 4
    WW bar 2
    1 cup pasta and sauce 6
    1 cup Light and Fit non-fat yogurt 2
    2 clemetins 1
    And for a night time snack a apple with a little peanut butter.
    Will have to check on the points of this. Should be around 4 or 5
